Early access — no payments
CredGST is in early access. We are not accepting payments yet. Credits are granted by our team on request and are free during this period. This page describes how credits are handled today; a full refund policy will be published when paid plans launch.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy describes how CredGST handles credits during our early-access period. Because no payments are being collected, no monetary refunds are applicable. This policy will be updated when paid plans launch.
2. How Credits Work Today
- 1 credit = 1 score generation + full report.
- Credits are granted by our team, free of charge, on request.
- Credits never expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
3. Score Generation
3.1 Successful score generation
Once a score is successfully generated, the credit used is consumed. The score report is immediately available and the service is considered delivered.
3.2 Failed score generation
If a score cannot be generated due to a technical issue on our end:
- The credit is automatically restored to your account.
- No manual request is needed.
- You will be notified via email or in-app notification.
3.3 GST Portal issues
If score generation fails because the Government GST Portal is unavailable:
- Credits are not deducted until a successful completion.
- You may retry once the portal is available.
4. Requesting Additional Credits or Help
- Email support@credgst.in from your registered email address.
- Explain what you need (additional credits, a restore, a question).
- We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. When Paid Plans Launch
Once CredGST begins accepting payments, this page will be replaced with a full refund policy covering purchase eligibility, refund windows, partial usage, and processing timelines. Existing free credits granted during early access will be honoured under the new policy.
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a credit decision, reply to our support email with any additional information. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
